This Privacy Policy explains how & I Foundation (“& I Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered Ohio nonprofit corporation, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit andifoundation.org (the “Site”).
We built this Site to be as simple and low-data as the work itself. If anything here is unclear, or you'd like to ask us anything about your information, reach us at andifoundation@gmail.com.
Information you provide directly: if you join our mailing list, we collect the email address you submit. If you email us directly, we collect whatever information you choose to include in that message.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log standard technical information — things like IP address, browser type, and pages visited — for security, performance, and abuse prevention. We do not currently run any analytics, advertising, or audience-tracking tools on this Site.
Payment information: this Site does not currently process donations or payments directly. If and when we add online giving, we will name the payment processor used and update this policy before that feature goes live.
This Site does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. It may rely on a small number of strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function and stay secure.
If we later add analytics or other non-essential tracking, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
We use the information above to send letters, updates, and news to mailing list subscribers; respond to questions and messages; understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can improve it; keep the Site secure and running; and meet our legal and reporting obligations as a nonprofit.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site or our mailing list (for example, hosting or email-delivery providers), solely so they can perform that service on our behalf and under obligations to keep it confidential.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of & I Foundation, our community, or the public.
This Site is intended for parents, donors, partners, volunteers, and other adults — it is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this Site.
Photographs and stories about the children in our programs are shared with appropriate consent obtained through our school and program partners, and are used solely to illustrate the Foundation's work.
We keep mailing list information for as long as you remain subscribed, and other information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the link included in our emails, or by contacting us directly. You may also contact us to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that it be corrected or deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law — we'll do our best to honor any request consistent with those laws.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as the Site and our programs evolve. We'll update the date below whenever we do, and we'll call out any material changes here.
